Art, Mindfulness and Self-Hypnosis in Psychosocial Oncology. This is the first book in a series dedicated to all the people searching for the Inner Consciousness. Looking at the Art, you can start the pathway to relax, serenity, peace and wellbeing. Through this book, you can spend time contemplating, reading, meditating, reflecting on the spiritual healing, in your inner natural spiritual space.
This book is a serene pathway for cultivating mind-body health and spiritual growth, through practices of art, poetry, mindfulness, and self-hypnosis.
We explore how art and poems can assist in the mind-body-spirit healing process.

They are the Art and the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. There is a meaning, a message in any illness that we need to understand in order to have peace and serenity. On the Spiritual level, the freedom of heart, mind, expression, creativity, and individuality are the laws we need to follow.
Marco Brugnoli, Architect and Artist.
Master Degree in Architecture at the University of Venice, Italy. “The inspiration for my work seems to come from inner life, travel, remembrances, the beauty and scenes of nature, architecture. It becomes, therefore, a visual journal. Sometimes the sky is vastly blue. White silvery clouds glide almost imperceptibly against it, and the forest -hopes, dreams, values, ideas, the maker of color and life, and the One who gives our stories meaning.
My work, my Art and by Books, reflect a tension between Abstraction, Inner Self and Reality. Photography is done as fine art and feelings, that are, done to express the artist’s perceptions and emotions and to share them with others”.
It does seem that Marco Brugnoli has proven beyond any doubt that the camera need not be a simply mechanical device. Like the pen, or the painting, it is the expression of Consciousness, Awareness, Mindfulness and the Soul. It can be the extension of our Mind, the Heart, the Spirit… the meaning of Life.
